Leave the speed out to use the GIF's original frame timing.
Usage

2. Run the /gif command with a direct GIF URL.
3. The plugin downloads and converts the GIF.
4. The animation is displayed on the sign or photo frame.
If the target is not a sign or photo frame, the command will notify you that no valid target was found.
Outpost & Bandit Camp
GIFs can automatically be displayed on configured Outpost and Bandit Camp signs through the plugin configuration.
The plugin can locate existing signs or create new ones using the configured prefab, position offset, rotation, and optional scaling.
Configuration
The plugin provides separate settings for:
* Outpost GIF URL
* Outpost playback speed
* Outpost sign prefab
* Outpost position offset
* Outpost rotation
* Outpost scale
* Bandit Camp GIF URL
* Bandit Camp playback speed
* Bandit Camp sign prefab
* Bandit Camp position offset
* Bandit Camp rotation
* Bandit Camp scale
Leave the GIF URL blank to disable the corresponding monument GIF.
Data & Persistence
Configured animated signs are stored in the plugin's data file and automatically restored when the server starts.
The plugin also detects deleted signs and removes their stored image data automatically.

2. Place it in your server's oxide/plugins folder.
3. Grant the required permission:
oxide.grant user <player> AdminGifs.Allow
